ANDROME's Intellivic Video Telephony technology is also available as an SDK. The software development kit offers a number of APIs allowing customers to go for Rapid Application Development of their own conferencing solutions. This will definitely speed up the time to market; a key factor in the success of any product.

A toolkit like the Intellivic SDK allows application developers to build new or enhance existing applications with high-quality video telephony with a minimum of effort and time; thus making video and audio using SIP services an integral part of the communication process!

Code samples are available to ensure a smooth implementation and integration process for developers. When time is of the essence, involving ANDROME engineers can be of help to speed up the time to market of the application.

The APIs as provided in the Intellivic SDK enable third party applications to access Intellivic Video Telephony functionalities. In order to use Intellivic SDK, applications directly access its video telephony functions using the APIs; whereas web applications interface with the Intellivic SDK using ActiveX controls.

All standard video telephony functionalities are covered in the Intellivic SDK: call and contact management, call logs, instant messaging and presence as well as service management are just a few of the basic ones.
